Good stay, but i think you should prioritize Accor member for room availbility, rather other customer

1. In room coffee machine broken. The stuff took almost 2 hour trying to fix it until I finally told them just go to another room to get me a replacement. Duty manager only called me after the fix. 2. Dinner at the restaurant. Waited more than one hour for my dish to arrive. Duty manager is apologetic.

My 4-day, 3-night stay seemed to be going well until the morning of my last day. At 7 am, someone suddenly rang my doorbell and woke me up from my sleep. It turned out to be one of your staff, asking me 'check out?' I replied, 'No.' Then he simply said it was the wrong room. However, at 10 am, another staff member abruptly opened my door. Check-out isn't until 12 pm. Don't you have a system to check whether the guest has checked out or not? What an experience!
